DISCLAIMER
The information that I have presented on this website has been gathered by my extensive experience as a Certified Credit Counselor and working with people to get their debts and lives under control for 10 years as well as public information from organizations such as The Federal Trade Commission, The IRS, the FICO Company and Cardratings.com . I give you this information with the best of intentions with only a desire to help.
Now here is my disclaimer, I truly do wish that this was not necessary because my intentions here are only good but necessary it is.
All information provided on this website is for educational and informational purposes only and is in no way intended to be legal advice. I am not an attorney and you need to be aware that the laws differ from state to state so if you need legal help I advise you to see an attorney in your area.
Referrals for help made to outside Debt Management and Credit Counseling companies are made to companies who I believe have a proven track record of working with creditors to help clients to get out of debt and better their lives. I do not specifically or personally endorse any companies. I will not be held responsible for any action taken by any creditor toward any client of any Debt Management, Debt Consolidation or Credit Counseling company.
I cannot control the actions or motives displayed by any other person including people seeking help or counseling personnel therefore I will not be held responsible for the actions or motives of these individuals.
I always recommend trying to work out your credit related issues on your own before consulting with outside sources. This site is full of all kinds of information and resources for you to do just that.
I would like to say for the record that if you chose a Debt Management program that it is very important that you are extremely honest and cooperative with the company that you begin working with. If you do not return your paperwork in a timely fashion or provide the Debt Management Company with honest information the program will not work for you. You must trust your counselor. The counselors who work for these companies are trained professionals and their goal is to make this work for you. Help them to help you.
I am not actively working as a credit counselor at this time. I consider myself retired at least for the time being as I am pursuing other interests right now.
I believe and know from experience that in order to improve ones situation no matter what the goal or endeavor may be requires honesty, determination, open mindedness and a spirit of cooperation. A good attitude and friendly disposition are also necessary assets and unfortunately some people in this world will always try to blame others and make trouble for people who are trying to do good work. There is no need for you to try to sue me for something because I am not rich.
I give you this information with great happiness and I wish you all the very best. I am very proud of my work here and I feel confident that I will be able to help a lot of people. If you feel the need to make trouble don't bother doing it here because I am in no way responsible for you or your situation in the past, in the present or in the future.
Peace.
